Eye Care Foundation Webinar on COVID-19

On June 18, the Eye Care Foundation (ECF) held an online donor meeting for the first time in its history. The goal was to inform its donors about various ways the project countries deal with COVID-19 and what this means for the ECF eye care activities in the short and longer-term.

Yvonne Reifler (Head of Projects), Elise Kenter (Project Manager), and Anil Gorkhaly (Country Director in Nepal) spoke about the state of affairs in each of the ECF project countries. Yuddha Sapkota, the Regional Coordinator of Southeast Asia at the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), explained the role of IAPB at this time.
