They are seeking an Inclusive Eye Health (IEH) Director who will lead CBM Global’s work in IEH, including Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), and take an integrated approach to linking their IEH activities with related work in Disability Inclusive Community Development, Community Mental Health and Humanitarian Action.
You will be passionate about effective change for and alongside people with disabilities and their communities. You will have a strong track record in public health ophthalmology and/or IEH or NTD programming, and at least 5-10 years working experience in low and middle income countries. You will have exceptional relational, interpersonal and networking skills, honed within relevant global and continental networks; experience of working with key donors and stakeholders; relevant programme management experience and an understanding of disability-inclusive approaches.
