This series is divided into two sets of three 60 minute sessions, each designed to progressively develop your leadership skills and strategies for action. Each session is run two times to enable people in different timezones to attend.
In this set, we’ll lay the groundwork for your leadership journey. You’ll explore systems thinking, develop a shared vision for change, and gain a deep understanding of global eye health strategies.
Building on the foundations, Set 2 will help you put your vision into action. You’ll learn how to mobilize coalitions, influence key stakeholders, and lead with impact to drive systemic change in eye health.
Each 60-minute session is packed with interactive content designed to equip you with tools you can use right away. From small group discussions to practical frameworks, these webinars will support you in immediately applying what you’ve learned.
This series is open to all IAPB members looking to strengthen their leadership capacity. Whether you’re advocating for eye health in your community or working at a global level, this series is for anyone who wants to make a real difference in advancing eye health.
