This prestigious award celebrates early-career professionals under 35 who are driving transformative change in eye health through innovative and holistic approaches.
Ameer Abou Adela, Founder and President of Vision Care Association in Lebanon, and Mehran Memon, Assistant Director IT at the Sindh Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences in Pakistan, are among the nine outstanding individuals selected from a global pool of nominees. Their dedication and innovative contributions to eye care have earned them this well-deserved recognition.
The IAPB Young Systems Leader Awards provide a unique platform for these young leaders to showcase their work, share their insights, and connect with global leaders in the field. The winners will have the opportunity to present their ideas at the 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE event in Kathmandu, Nepal, and participate in a leadership masterclass program.
