Introducing the 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE Poster Awards

I am delighted to share that IAPB is introducing a series of awards for posters presented at 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE Mexico.  

We eagerly anticipate recognising the outstanding efforts and contributions within the global eye health community and invite all interested parties to submit their abstract.  

The awards will commend posters showcasing the most substantial work on the following fields. 

1. The Impact Award will celebrate work that not only shapes the future but also contributes meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge in global eye health. 
2. The Host Region Award will add a regional flair and will be awarded to the exceptional poster from the host region, emphasising their unique contributions to the transformative landscape of eye care and celebrate the valuable insights emerging from Latin America. 
3. The Visual Communication Award will recognise the importance of effective visual design in conveying complex concepts. We look forward to acknowledging the forward thinking of good design that communicates to a diverse audience. 
4. The People’s Choice Award. An opportunity for delegates to highlight the poster that resonates most with them. We hope this award captures the collective enthusiasm for work presented. 

I am confident that the 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE Poster Awards will not only recognise excellence but also inspire and elevate the quality of research in the field, driving positive change and transformation in global eye care.
