We Congratulate Pacific Island Award Winners

Congratulations to Pacific Island Leaders –

Last night at a spectacular ceremony in Bali, Dr John Szetu, from  the Solomon Islands and Dr Jambi Garap from PNG were awarded distinguised service prizes for their leadership and prvention of blindness activities over many years. Dr John is Fred Hollows New Zealand Medical Director and Dr Jambi is the President of the PNG PBL Committee. Both have a long association with IAPB and we congratulate them on this timely recognition by APAO!
