Through the Love Your Eyes campaign and World Sight Day, we are collectively speaking out for a future where eye health is accessible, available and affordable.

We began building a groundswell of adults prioritizing eye health, shifting towards a culture that values regular eye checks and early intervention, ensuring that issues are treated before sight is lost or damaged.

Now, we move to cultivating an informed generation of children who know how to protect their eyes and, crucially, take the steps needed to look after their vision – from reducing screen time and placing importance on being outside through to seeking help from any ailments and discomfort.

We campaign to ensure that children and adults understand the importance of caring for their eye health but are also free from the weight of any social stigma associated with wearing glasses and other corrective devices.

This World Sight Day, be part of the noise. Become a campaigner by:

  1. Pledging to Love Your (Child’s) Eyes: Each pledge represents a tiny pair of eyes that will be screened and checked for problems. But pledges also form a bigger story of the demand for eye care globally.
  2. Entering the Glasses of the Future Competition: Have children create the next generation of glasses. Inspire them to love their eyes in this fun and creative way.
  3. Submitting an image of what it means to Love Your Eyes: Enter the World Sight Day Photo Competition and tell your story through a picture. Share with the world what you see.
  4. Joining the conversation: Visit us on social media, share the messages!

Through these campaign activations, we generate a lot of attention that those of influence struggle to ignore and like never before they are recognizing that early intervention and regular eye health is critical to unlocking opportunities and future economic potential.
